Due to the high level of demand with our expert providers, in some instances we may not be able to see you in person for a couple of days. We understand that in some cases, your injury may be urgent and require quick turn around.
At Physio Connect, we overcome this by connecting you with our internally Senior Providers for an initial phone consultation - this phone consultation is also FREE under ACC - Where our Senior provider will run through a triage process and subsequently book you in with the best provider to manage your longer term rehabilitation in a time frame that will not hinder your long term recovery.
In an initial triage consultation with a Senior provider, we also
- Assess whether your claim will meet ACC’s requirements and/or review your current claim information
- Conduct a thorough verbal assessment of your injury
- Check off all requirements for external parties before your in person session to save you time on the consultation on the day
- Give the provider who is see you in person a background on your needs before you see them in person
- Provide you with short term management options between your phone consult and your physical appointment in the coming days.
